Do No Harm: Ethics in Substance Use Disorder Practice

Krista Lindholm, LISW serves as Owner/Director of Kä(l)m Therapy Group and Assessment Services Inc. She is a certified EMDR therapist specializing in treatment of co-occurring disorders and is as sought-after practitioner for this population. She has specific interest in the impact of attachment and trauma on life experiences and addiction. She has extensive experience both in direct practice and agency administration and is a former voting member of the Iowa Board of Social Work.

This presentation satisfies the mandated continuing education ethics requirements of professionally licensed and certified practitioners in the State of Iowa. This presentation includes information tailored specifically to practice issues arising out of direct work with those suffering from substance use disorders.
