Bre Degelau has worked for Eyerly Ball CMHS for over six years in various roles including the Crisis Services Supervisor for over 2 years and the new CCBHC Project Direct as of November 2022.

Charlie Woodcock is the Executive Director at Northeast Iowa Behavioral Health with 20 + years of experience within the management of Human Services agencies.

Lindsay Stack, LMHC, CADC, EMDR-C, currently serves as the Special Projects Director of Pathways Behavioral Services, where she has been employed for more than 11 years. Ms. Stack oversees the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic expansion grant for Pathways, and she also carries a caseload of co-occurring clients, specializing in complex trauma and addictions. Ms. Stack graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a master’s degree in mental health counseling.

Josh will share a PowerPoint deck explaining the CCBHC initiative, unpacking why it is spreading across the country, and how Iowa HHS is working to leverage it to promote comprehensive, coordinated, and integrated care for all Iowans.
