Session Description
Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC) are changing the landscape of healthcare across the country. Learn how one CCBHC in rural Northwest Iowa is having a meaningful impact on individuals suffering from substance use disorders through expanding access, increasing provision of evidence-based services, and focused case management services.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Learn what a CCBHC system of care means and the components that make up the system of care.
  2. Learn how Seasons prepared to become a CCBHC system in rural, healthcare provider shortage area.
  3. Be able to identified initial implementation challenges and successes, available services and evidence-based practices, current program outcomes, and the shift from volume-based to value-based care.
