Dear Presenters,
We look forward to your presentation at this year’s conference. As you prepare for your presentation, please be sure to upload your presentation so it is available for access in your room.

Presenters are to upload presentations to the box no later than 20 minutes prior to the start of their scheduled morning or afternoon session. Presentations will be available in a designated folder for access in each room at the start of your session.

Prior to upload, name your file use the following format, indicating your name, and whether the file can be shared with conference participants after your presentation: Last Name.First Name.Public/Private

For example: Smith.Jane.Public (to indicate it may be shared), or Smith.Jane.Private (to indicate it may not be shared).

After you have named your file according to the guidelines above, simply drag and drop the file from your computer to the window below.
