This 43rd Annual Geotechnical conference provides information on current practices and new techniques in geotechnical analysis, design, materials, and construction. Conference topics cover a broad array of contemporary issues and design and construction techniques for professionals involved in highway design, foundations, site development, and geo-environmental disciplines.

This conference has been planned in accordance with the criteria established by the ISBELSE for professional development hours (PDHs). Up to 6.25 PDHs are available for Geotechnical program.

Exhibitor Information

The following guidelines have been established for the benefit of the exhibitors as well as those in attendance at the conference:

1. The exhibit space for the 43rd Annual ASCE Geotechnical Conference will be located at the Gateway Hotel and Conference Center in Ames, Iowa.

2. The conference technical program sessions will be held on the same floor as the exhibition.

3. Access to the interior exhibit area for display set-up will begin on Thursday, March 26 at 6:45 AM. Conference participants may begin to arrive as early as 7:30 AM. All refreshment breaks will be held in the exhibit area.

4. Each exhibit space will consist of a 6-ft wide display area. A covered table (30″ x 72″), one chair will be provided for each registered exhibitor. An ID sign with the company name will be printed and provided at each booth. Electrical hookup is included in the basic exhibitor fee. There will be an extra charge for any additional items provided (e.g. tables, chairs, easels, and audio visual equipment). All equipment or display items must be kept within the basic confines of the booth. If you anticipate a problem in complying with these guidelines, please contact us in advance.

5. A directory of exhibitors will be printed prior to the conference, listing all exhibitor’s names and addresses. This directory will be included in the regular participant’s registration packet.

6. There is space for up to 8 individual exhibit booths and reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Only one space will be available for each exhibitor, and registrations will be terminated when all spaces are assigned. Each registration will be acknowledged. Each exhibitor will receive a list of the participants for the conference.

7. To reserve exhibit booth space, register online before March 6. Full payment must accompany your registration.

Exhibitor Investment:

All exhibitor representatives in attendance in the exhibit area must also be registered for the conference. The exhibit registration fee of $500 includes a conference registration fee for one individual. The registration fee for all additional individual exhibit representatives is $215.

The exhibitor registration fee includes all scheduled meal events. Refreshment breaks will be served in the exhibit area for all registered participants.
