Talent Performances to Continue Throughout Conference

The 4-H Talent performances started with song and dance at our Sunday evening meal as Madie Deutmeyer showcased her piano and dance skills and Olivia Enyart shared her speech on the Iowa State Capital and Living History farms. During Monday morning’s opening session, Brianna Pirc used sign language skills to relay the words to a song, a unique talent. She then joined Steiger Manson in the trade show area during the Monday morning break.

The Monday afternoon break saw Autumn Schmitt and Braunwyn Darrington using Kareoke skills to country songs along with the sister acts of Naomi and Vivian Blackford on the viola and violin.

Tuesday will see in the trade show: 

10-10:30 a.m. On the 4-H Stage in the Trade Show area during break

  • Karl Zumbach—singer
  • Emerson Hilbert — point dancer – 2 dances

 3-3:30 p.m. On the 4-H Stage in the Trade Show area during break

  • Mikayla Beisel – contemporary dance solo
  • Ember & Andelynn Howell – both dancers but separate acts

Wednesday in the pre-banquet social beginning at 5 p.m., Evan Dunkel will entertain us with his piano skills as he will be the background music. He will be joined by Kyrah Strickler, who will sing some Patsy Cline and other songs from 5:35-6 p.m. Evan Dunkel will then join us in the Banquet room with piano background music as we prepare for our evening banquet.

Then, to finish the 4-H Talent off, Madie Deutmeyer will return and join Dairy Larry and da Udders on stage at Sukup End Zone for our evening meal after we return from our Thursday tours.

  • Kyrah Strickler – singer performing 5:35-6 p.m. pre social (need mic system for her)
