Conference Parking Plan

This map will help visually guide you on on where to park. The green spaces are specifically reserved for our event.

Free parking during the day for volunteers, vendors, and conference attendees is located north of the Iowa Events Center at the far north parking lot, located north side of Crocker
Street. No overnight parking is allowed, cars may be towed at the owner’s expense if left after midnight. You must have a parking pass with you before you will be able to enter the
parking lot. These passes are available at the Parking Information Table and they were emailed to volunteers prior to the conference. Far north parking will be staffed by the Iowa
Events Center on Aug 13 – 6:30AM – 3PM and Aug 14-16 – 6:00AM – 11AM.

Free overnight parking is available in two specific ramps with an exit voucher that you receive at Registration or additional vouchers from the Parking Information Table. The ramps
are a few blocks away from the Iowa Events Center, 500 Grand Ave and 700 Locust St. These are the only parking ramps in Des Moines where the free parking vouchers work. Parking on your own is typically $14 per night in public ramps. The free parking vouchers are available at the Parking Information Table.

Parking Ramp Tickets

Everyone conference attendee who drove a vehicle can receive a voucher at the Parking Information Table to get out of the two parking ramps listed above. If an attendee returns and
requests an additional voucher for the ramp, please give them another. Parking in the ramps without using the provided voucher to exit the ramp is $14 per day.

Far North Parking Lot passes

The passes required to enter the Far North Parking lot will be collected by the gate guard and at the end of the conference, they will be tallied and added to the conference bill. These
passes have been designed and coordinated with the Iowa Events Center. Please print your pass prior to arriving. Additional passes can be printed by the Parking Information Table. No overnight parking is allowed in this lot.

Last chance to get a ticket is Wednesday when registration area closes. More parking passes can be printed if needed.
